The core specialist. Juan looks at training from a very unique perspective. As a CHEK INSTITUTE certified health coach, his knowledge of the human body, the mind and nutrition is quite profound. Working with his clients from ground up, Juan will re-shape your mindset as well as your body!

Juan is also our massage therapist and Reiki Healing practitioner.
